Tell us a little bit about your project, we are all ears and here to help move your idea forward. If you do not already have a project planned out, but have a little idea, then we can have a chit chat to see where we can take it and the rest of the design process follows on from there.

what are your typical turn around times?

Project time frames will vary due to a client response times, revisions, content, etc and require a set schedule prior to starting your project. If you get in touch and let us know a little bit about your project, we will be able to let you know a realistic turn around time to expect. Rush services are available at an additional cost if necessary.


do you help with printing?

For those clients that are familiar with the printing process and feel comfortable seeing it through themselves, we include print ready PDF files for you to hand over to your local or online printer. However, we are here to help the clients that are busy running their business and do not have enough hours in the day to hunt around, get quotes, understand bleeds and decide on paper types – all those lovely things that come with the printing process. The printing delivery will be sent to an address of your choice and we would require payment up front before the printing process is undertaken which will include a small fee for our time to undertake this process. All costs for printing, shipping and fee will require your acceptance before any process is taken.

what are your payment policies & methods accepted?

Payments are accepted via PayPal or PingIt unless otherwise arranged. Other payment options are available depending on the size/duration of the design work. Each design project is split into two payments. The first half of the project payment is a 50% non-refundable deposit, which is due prior to any design work beginning, as this will ensure your project has an allocated specific design slot. The second half of the project payment is paid at the project completion, before the final design files are delivered. Due to the highly customised nature and careful attention that goes into each project, we are unable to issue any refunds after the project start date.


do you have set business hours?

We do our best to respect our client’s time as well as our own personal time, as we all need to have time away from work to have fun! So we do have set business hours in which you can contact us, which are Monday through to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm although email us anytime, we typically respond to any after hour emails the following business day. Here at The Creative Avenue we do prefer to schedule all calls and Skype sessions in advance, so that we may plan to be available and all the required information at hand.


what is your pricing & package structure?

There are many designers, who offer set packages, but we work differently as one design package might be perfect for one client but is not necessarily suitable for another. Therefore, we treat every project, unique and individual like we treat each and everyone of our clients. After we have discussed your project we will build up a custom quote that includes different design aspects that we feel are relevant to you.

what happens if i'm not satisfied?

Please let us know, as it is our goal to ensure our clients are fully satisfied. Communication is key in any design work! If you still feel we are not creating the design and look that you wanted to achieve at the end of stage 1 and do not wish to continue, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance, you will only pay the 50% non-refundable deposit. If during stage 2 of the design process you become unsatisfied, you will be required to pay an additional percentage of the remaining balance depending on how much design time has been undertaken.

how soon can i get started?

We take on only a handful of clients at one time to ensure top quality is received. Scheduling depends on how quickly you can begin, also in addition to our design slot availability. We never want to rush through a project as we truly want to focus on each client’s goals and project.
